To help you preparing your talk or your poster, here are a few reminders about presentation requirements.

All communications must be in ENGLISH (quite obvious if you're reading this page anyway =D)

Talk

All formats are accepted (Power-point, Prezi...) as long as they don't require internet or the installation of a particular software (microsoft and openoffice suites will be available). We warmly recommend you bring a pdf copy of your presentation (in case of problem).

Talks should last for 10 min and will be followed with 5 min of questions. Caution, speakers who do not abide by these timing requirement will be cut in due time.

Poster

Posters format are portrait A0 (118.9 x 84.1 cm). There are no other requirement on your results presentation.

You must bring your posters already printed to the conference. We won't print any poster!
