HOUSING

Every attendant who asked for a room will be provided one, from Monday the 12th to Friday the 16th (4 nights).

Most participants will be housed in the University Hall "Voie Domitienne", located approx. 10 min walking from the tram station "Saint Eloi", where you can take the tram to go to the conference venue (tram 1 direction Odysseum, station "Corum"). (See map below)

Delegates who have a different accomodation will be informed by email before the conference.

All the information regarding housing and where to retrieve your room keys will be given during the registration on Monday afternoon.

CATERING

Breakfast
Breakfast will be provided every day at the conference venue. Please arrive 30 minutes before the beginning of the morning session if you want to benefit from it.

Lunch

Every lunch will be provided as well at the conference venue. A variety of menu will be proposed, with options for vegetarians. On friday, sandwiches will be proposed to allow people who need to leave early after the closing ceremony to do so.

Dinner

On monday evening, a welcome buffet will be proposed for which each participant must bring food or drink from his region/country. Don't forget to fill in the form to tell us what you intend to bring!

A pizza night is planned during the poster session, before the public lecture.

Appetizers will also be proposed on wednesday night before the documentary, and during the gala party on thursday night.
